Anonymous (11/10): fuck all your business with locked down hardware. let me fucking buy the phone and use it as i want with any provider i choose! (report)
Anonymous (11/23): couldn't have said it better myself!! (report)
admiredkid423 (11/23): no i was at the tmobile store today idiot its coming out 4 tmobile january (report)
anonymousss (11/25): january? better be! yeah i know they shud let us buy any phone we want and use it for any providerwe have at the moment. (report)
Anonymous (11/29): they lock it down cause some people want the phones bad enough to switch carriers which is a good thing for the provider. if every service got the same phones there would be no incentive in the market. learn some econ before u start bashing (report)
Anonymous (11/30): Is there a market where (report)
Anonymous (12/15): Econ? Try learning Accounting. By locking yourself down with one provider your potential gross revenue is extremely limited. (report)
Anonymous (12/15): im sure that such a large company that they have accountants smarter than us and im sure that they have factored the amount that was paid for the exclusivity (yea thats right econ major they PAY for exclusivity) and when they will start to lose overall gross revenue...but good call buddy (report)
SILO47 (1/8): Yeah I was told t-moble would have it first part of 2009...Feb 2009 at the latest. That would be cool then i could quit obsessing over it. (report)
Anonymous (1/9): The sooner the government forces these phone companies to let us buy a phone and use it on whatever network we choose the better-this business of locking phones has got to stop ! (report)
jafo991 (1/12): I just got an unlocked storm and am using all the features on the phone...its awesome. Instead of crying about tmobile not coming out with it, get an unlocked phone, pay ten dollars on crackberry to get the tmobile service books, and enjoy your phone. (report)
Anonymous (1/14): yea these fucking morons should let us us any phone we want fucking crooks (report)
Asteria2 (1/21): its all a conspiracy. All 5 major cellphone companies conspire together to come out with the next best phone every few months so tech geeks, trend followers and others cancel their account (with fees, then they're cool for a few months til they go on to the next. =) (report)
chimentm (1/23): The BB Curve 8900 just came out and is making its way to the stores. Nothing yet on the Storm. http://na.blackberry.com/eng/campaign/newcurve8900/ (report)
Anonymous (1/27): T-Mobile does need to get a Blackberry Storm. That phone is hot, Im sick of this Sidekick & I had a Blackberry before.. The Blackberry Storm is awesome! Come on T-Mobile lets keep up with the trends. I don't want a Blast I want a Storm ! (report)
Anonymous (2/7): The T-mobile reps will tell you the storm will be available in a few months just to keep you waiting. No one knows if it will EVER "officially" be sold for T-mobile, however... where there's a will there's a way. I am currently using an unlocked storm with t-mobile. As long as the unit is unlocked the phone calls and sms will work with your sim card, but not internet and mms. For that, I had to go to crackberry.com where someone has altered the service books for a t-mobile 8100 pearl to work with the storm. I think he charges 10 bucks for it now, but there's a forum thread on the steps and with a little patience, you can make it work. I know because I did. The downfall- the 3g for t-mobile is a different freq than Verizon, therefor the internet on a storm adapted to work with t-mobile can only be used with "edge". It's still an awesome phone, though! (report)
kanem (2/24): Unlock it and set it up for t-mobile. I did. here is the how to www.berryology.com/info (report)

pinkstar1086 (11/11): Do you have any idea when the Storm will be provided to Tmobile customers? (report)
Anonymous (11/23): ^^yeah when will it be a reality?? (report)
Anonymous (11/25): Is that really true that it will come out for tmobile in the very near future? I can't believe RIM would make the same mistake as Apple did with the iPhone. Why would you lock the phone down to one phone company with no chance to get out. Apple could have made a lot more money if they had released the iPhone for all carriers. Steve Jobs is an idiot.
